a) Physical Products

All product descriptions and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery is currently limited to South Africa unless stated otherwise.

b) Digital Products

Digital downloads (e.g., design templates, posters, printables) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or claimed as your own work. Once a digital file has been downloaded, all sales are final (no refunds).

c) Custom Design Services

For brand and web design services, a signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before work commences. Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope, feedback, and payment schedules.

5. Payments

We use secure third-party payment gateways, including Yoco and Payflex, for processing online payments. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment must be received in full before physical goods are shipped or digital files are released.

6. Refunds and Returns

Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds once files have been accessed.

Custom Design Work: Refunds or cancellations are handled per individual contract terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and digital products—is the intellectual property of Winterreën (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated.
