• Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable.
  Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless defective.

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for the return process.

Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
